Open Enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the new benefit plan offerings, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Review the items below in order to educated elections for the new year:

- Carrier Benefit Summaries for Each Plan Offering
Once you have reviewed your benefit information and are ready to submit your elections, please complete your enrollment form.
Your enrollment form must be submitted to Human Resources by September 14th!
Enrollment Instructions
Complete your enrollment form based on how many pay periods you select:
- Short Pay: 19 pay periods
- Long Pay: 26 pay periods
